Sometimes you just want something quick and easy in the morning, that’s why smoothies are one of my favorite breakfasts! They only take a minute to whip up, as long as you prep! Prepping is the key! Cut up fruit and veges and store them in glad bags in your freezer! That way in the morning you can grab a few bags of blueberries, Spinach, Banana or whatever takes your fancy and pop it in your blender!
Nothing like a quick pink Smoothie to brighten your morning!
Ingredients
1 cup of Cranberries
1 cup of Blueberries
1 cup of Pineapple
1/2 Mango
1 Banana
250ml Water
Method
Blend ingredients till smooth & enjoy!
